About Me

Hi, thank you for taking the time to read a little more about Nest & Nurture.

My name is Chloe, I'm a Registered Midwife and Health Visitor, having supported women, babies and families for over 10 years now. I am also an Auntie to four wonderful children, and live in Stamford with my husband Ollie and sweet cocker spaniel Molly. Whilst continuing to work in my NHS role I am following my passion to create an environment to share with you my knowledge and offer unique, premium Antenatal classes and Parent & Baby classes in Stamford and Rutland which you and your birthing partner and baby can enjoy.

 

My courses are dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for parents and babies, with the added benefit of having guidance from a qualified professional and luxury extras for you to enjoy. Take the opportunity to be fully present with your birthing partner or little one and build friendships with others along the way. I am passionate about empowering parents with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate childbirth, the postnatal period and fostering the healthy development of their babies in a luxury, judgement-free setting.

 Having visited and cared for over 4,000 babies through my time working on the wards, delivery suite, birthing centre and in the community, I have built a wide in-depth experience of parents needs during pregnancy and the first year of your baby's life. Each class has been designed with this in mind. I am qualified to teach Antenatal Education, Baby Massage and Baby Yoga, hold an up to date DBS certificate and am fully trained in Adult and Paediatric First Aid so you can be assured you and your little one are in safe hands during a Nest & Nurture class. I am honoured to offer classes which allow a protected space to learn, connect with your baby and equip you with information to feel confident to birth and care for your baby.

Reasons to book Nest & Nurture Antenatal Course

  • Classes led by a qualified Midwife and Health Visitor. Be assured you are taught evidence-based, current advice and information, inline with what's relevant to experiencing childbirth and postnatal period in modern services
     

  • I value the importance of preparing you for every eventuality you may need as a parent, including a Baby and Child First Aid session included in the Antenatal course to ensure you are prepared in emergency scenarios
     

  • Friendly, welcoming environment, with an openness to answering all questions big or small! - please do not worry if you think it is a silly question. I can guarantee someone has already asked it in the past. It is a judgement free space 
     

  • Classes tailored to you and your birthing partner's needs to aid learning; mixture of group work, interactive presentation, handbook and e-resources to take away, open discussions  
     

  • Protected time to bond, relax and socialise with other local parents-to-be
     

  • Welcoming of all genders/race/age/relationships - please contact if wishing to only book 1 space for a discoun​

Reasons to book Nest & Nurture Parent & Baby Classes

  • Friendly, welcoming environment, with an understanding that your baby may be unsettled during the sessions - please do not worry if your baby cries, needs feeding or changing! It is a judgement free space 
     

  • Classes tailored to you and your birthing partner's or baby's needs to aid your learning and their development
     

  • Protected time to bond, relax and socialise which will see you leaving with increased oxytocin levels
     

  • Assurance you and your little ones are in expert hands, with classes being delivered by a Qualified Healthcare Professional 
     

  • Suitable for twins and multiples - only having to pay for 1 baby. We are inclusive of all parents and babies with our classes being SEND friendly
     

  • Option to bring an added guest for one session (please check with Chloe as limited spaces) 
     

  • Added extras; access to weighing scales and length mat, 'Hot Topic' discussion with knowledge shared from a professional and follow up e-resources, welcome packs and opportunities to make memories
